Terms of Service

1. Binding Effect

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and MyatHotel in relation to access to and use of the MyatHotel website, including all pages, features, content, functionality, and related services made available through it. By accessing, visiting, browsing, or otherwise using the platform, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Any person who does not agree to these Terms must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

The platform is operated under the name MyatHotel. 3. Minimum Age Requirement

Use of the platform is strictly limited to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the platform, the user represents and warrants that he or she has reached the required age threshold and has the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Any use of the platform by a person below the age of 18 is unauthorised and prohibited.

4. Scope of Permitted Use

The platform is made available solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use. No right is granted to use the platform for resale, republication, systematic extraction, commercial exploitation, or any other unauthorised purpose. The user shall not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, circumvent access restrictions, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, deploy automated tools for scraping or harvesting content at scale, introduce harmful code, or otherwise engage in conduct that may impair the integrity, security, availability, or reputation of MyatHotel, its service providers, or its partners. The user remains solely responsible for any information submitted through the platform and warrants that such information is accurate and lawful.

5. Informational Nature of the Platform

All materials published on the platform, including without limitation reviews, descriptions, rankings, hotel profiles, destination content, editorial recommendations, scores, and travel guidance, are provided for general informational purposes only. Such materials are not intended to constitute legal advice, financial advice, booking advice, or a contractual representation as to the quality, availability, legality, pricing, suitability, or performance of any hotel, casino, destination, or third-party service. Conditions relating to hotels, casino operations, amenities, pricing, travel services, local requirements, and applicable rules may change at any time and may differ from information displayed on the platform. The user accepts that reliance on platform content is undertaken at the user's own discretion and risk.

6. No Agency; No Booking Relationship

MyatHotel acts solely as an independent publisher of editorial content and, where applicable, as a referral source to third-party booking providers or related external services. Nothing in these Terms or on the platform shall be construed as creating any agency, brokerage, partnership, fiduciary, representative, or intermediary relationship between MyatHotel and the user in relation to any booking or third-party transaction. MyatHotel does not process reservations, collect booking payments, administer cancellations, handle refunds, or provide accommodation services unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific page or service.

7. Third-Party Websites and External Services

The platform may contain links, redirects, embedded tools, widgets, or integrations connected to third-party websites, platforms, booking systems, affiliate partners, advertisers, and service providers. Where the user leaves the platform or engages with a third-party service, all subsequent activity shall be governed exclusively by the terms, policies, pricing rules, and practices of the relevant third party. MyatHotel neither controls nor assumes responsibility for any third-party website, booking flow, reservation outcome, property policy, payment process, cancellation process, loyalty programme, customer support process, or service failure. The user is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable third-party documentation before completing any transaction.

8. Affiliate Compensation

The platform may contain affiliate links or referral mechanisms through which MyatHotel may receive compensation in connection with qualifying user actions, including hotel bookings or related transactions completed through third-party providers. Such compensation does not, in itself, alter the legal relationship between the user and the third-party provider and does not make MyatHotel a party to the resulting contract. Unless a third-party provider expressly states otherwise within its own pricing or checkout process, the existence of affiliate compensation does not by itself increase the price payable by the user. Editorial content and recommendations are determined independently and are not sold as sponsored rankings or paid placements unless expressly disclosed.

9. Optional Features, Benefits, and Supplementary Offerings

From time to time, MyatHotel may, at its sole discretion, make available additional materials, reader benefits, downloadable resources, consultations, editorial briefings, or similar supplementary offerings. Any such offering shall be deemed optional, non-essential, revocable, and subject to change, suspension, limitation, substitution, or withdrawal at any time. Availability may depend on timing, geography, operational capacity, third-party participation, eligibility requirements, or factors outside the reasonable control of MyatHotel. No continuing obligation is assumed to maintain any such feature or benefit for any minimum period unless expressly stated in writing.

10. Ownership and Reserved Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and all materials made available through it, including text, editorial content, compilations, databases, ratings, reviews, design structure, branding, logos, visual assets, graphics, source elements, and related intellectual property, are and shall remain vested in MyatHotel and/or its licensors. No transfer, assignment, or licence of any intellectual property right is granted to the user except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for its intended personal and non-commercial purpose. Any copying, reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, indexing, data extraction, adaptation, public display, derivative use, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Representations and Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis. MyatHotel makes no representation, warranty, undertaking, or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, reliability, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. MyatHotel does not warrant that the platform will operate continuously, securely, without interruption, without error, or without harmful components, nor does it warrant that any content will always remain current, complete, or suitable for the user's circumstances.

12. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyatHotel, together with its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with the user's access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the platform, any content published on it, or any third-party website or service accessed through it. This exclusion applies whether the alleged liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, restitution, misrepresentation, or otherwise, and includes without limitation indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, as well as loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, booking disputes, cancellation costs, travel disruption, property dissatisfaction, pricing discrepancies, and third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

13. Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyatHotel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to the user's misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of unlawful, inaccurate, or misleading information.

14. Suspension of Access

MyatHotel reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion where reasonably justified, to suspend, restrict, or block access to all or any part of the platform where necessary for maintenance, upgrades, investigations, security incidents, misuse prevention, intellectual property protection, legal compliance, or risk management. Such measures may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances. MyatHotel shall not be liable for any consequence resulting from such restriction or suspension, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

MyatHotel may terminate or discontinue the user's access to the platform at any time where the user breaches these Terms, creates legal, technical, or security risk, infringes the rights of MyatHotel or any third party, or where continued access is no longer commercially, operationally, or legally appropriate. Termination or discontinuation of access shall not affect any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that has accrued prior to the date of termination.

16. Service Availability

The platform is provided on a dynamic and evolving basis. MyatHotel does not undertake to maintain uninterrupted availability of the website or any feature, page, section, or tool. The platform may be altered, updated, limited, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time, either temporarily or permanently. MyatHotel assumes no obligation to preserve any specific functionality, content structure, or service configuration.

17. Privacy and Cookie Documentation

Use of the platform is additionally governed by the MyatHotel Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which forms part of the broader legal framework applicable to the platform. By continuing to use the platform, the user acknowledges that personal data may be processed and cookies or similar technologies may be used in accordance with those policies.

18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

MyatHotel shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, defect, non-performance, or degradation of service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, governmental measures, legal restrictions, civil unrest, labour disputes, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, hosting failures, infrastructure outages, armed conflict, terrorism, or failures attributable to third-party providers upon whom the platform depends.

19. Amendments

MyatHotel reserves the right to amend, restate, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the platform, unless a later effective date is specified. Continued access to or use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Users who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the platform.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. No Waiver

No failure or delay by MyatHotel in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of it.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, excluding conflict of law rules. Where mandatory provisions of consumer law in the user's jurisdiction of residence apply and cannot be excluded by agreement, those mandatory protections shall remain unaffected.
